Abysmal. For 14 months after cancellation of this app they were still taking money out of my bank. The bank put a block on the app & discovered that the block didn't work because Google kept changing the wording (long story & I don't have enough characters to type) and dates payments were taken from my account. I've just been refunded, and we're raising a dispute with the app, developers and company. DO NOT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION! I'll be informing everyone on all the major chess sites & I have proof

I canceled my subscription to this app, and they kept billing me. I called the bank to cancel, and they blocked the payments, but they kept taking money from my bank by changing certain wording in the app and the date. We've filed a complaint with Google and the app. This is a scam

I bought premium, but after I clicked on train with Magnus, it redirected to another app, and it requires another premium membership. This is kinda scam.
