This is the best app of PLS, but if you have an E Mail on it that you no longer use it is very hard for them to continue your account with a new email. They cannot get rid of the old email on this PLS app and password if you changed your email to a new email. This app will be no more use to you anymore and PLS will refuse to help you make it right. And that is a shame !

For over 6 months my statements and balance has been unavailable to view on the app. I have spoken with customer service over 10 times, and they say a service request ha been put in, but we are in a new year and nothing has been done.

The app is ok, but NOT TRUST PLS or the bank that the card is associated with they made a mistake and fixed by making it worse now I have to wait 3 mouths for my money wish is ridiculous. I call and call and call if they weren't rude they would hang the phone up. Can't wait to close my account and be done with them. Never again. And I tried to call the bank (ban corp) they don't pick up. I emailed them twice and still no response Beware of ban corp, and it practices, also associated with the chim.
