My experience was not that great at first. I felt like they are rude to me, and they didn't help me set up my account. Emilia Gay tan started helping, and she was awesome. She helps me with everything, she's great. She made my experience their awesome!!!

This is the best app of PLS, but if you have an E Mail on it that you no longer use it is very hard for them to continue your account with a new email. They cannot get rid of the old email on this PLS app and password if you changed your email to a new email. This app will be no more use to you anymore and PLS will refuse to help you make it right. And that is a shame !

I have been with PLS for about 6 years maybe less but in that time that I've had it I've had a lot of complications and now you guys upgraded to expectation Plus and the government that issues SSI and SSDI checks will not accept their card because it has a high chance of fraud
