Plus Care is a mobile application that promotes active approach to healthy lifestyle.

Preventive check-ups at your primary doctors are key to staying fit. Out app helps you with finding doctors or healthcare facilities, managing appointments , and listing personalised benefits from your public health insurer. Additionally we prepared movement challenge where you can compete for prizes and, most importantly, find motivation for regular physical activity. Simply add membership using the code plus23 in your Profile.

Key features include

Doctors - Search for your current or new primary care doctor in our database of healthcare providers in Czechia. You can search based on your location. After saving your doctor, it will be always available with all the detailed contacts and up-to-date information.

Calendar - Save your past appointments or schedule the upcoming ones. Enable notifications and our app will remind you of upcoming visits to your doctors office and recommend when to schedule your next check-up. If you are eligible for preventive oncological screening, you will find it in the Calendar as well.

Health - Check your approach towards healthy lifestyle. Sync tPlus Care with Google Fit, Garmin, Withings, or Fitbit to have information about your steps and weight always up-to-date. Three stars indicate that you have your approach health under control.


Plus Care for businesses

Plus Care as a benefit - Roughly half of the adult population in Czechia does not attend preventive check-ups on time or at all. A healthy employee is invaluable and thus we suggest you provide Plus Care to your employees as a benefit. Contact us for more information.

Corporate step challenge - Use our app for a corporate competition that encourages teams and individuals to be more active. The app continuously evaluates participants’ data and displays real-time results.

Patient module

Education and treatment support - In collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, we develop additional modules that can be unlocked in the app using their membership code. These modules support selected user groups with chronic illnesses, for whom adherence to treatment is crucial.

Doctor supervision - We can deliver patient data to a web interface for the attending physician, enabling immediate response to the treatment progress.
