Edit: I owe Permaconn a sincere apology. The problems I was having with this app were due to my alarm security company and not Permaconn. When they installed the wireless communicator to my system they did something to trigger the trouble light, and now it's damaged. Now the security company want to charge me $850 for a new keypad even though they broke it and refuse to fix it.

Great APP! Works first go every time. Had it on my iPhone 6s for years, now have it on my Samsung s9 works perfect. I'm an alarm installer, you'll have to wait for exit delay to see the system arm, disarming will be quicker as there is no delay usually.

Good at reporting status of alarm. But hangs at "waiting for confirmation" when trying to arm/disarm. Restarting the app sometimes says the previous arm/disarm worked, most times not. Unreliable app.

Very disappointed with this app. Unable to arm or disarm my system just
goes around in circles forever. Gather you must purchase a $9/- monthly
subscription to be able to do basic things like arming and disarming the
alarm. Really?
