I can't thank the guys at PERMACONN enough for there help to solve my app problem. The app stopped sending me notification and as hard as I tried to let the app send me a push notification it didn't happen. I send the guys at PERMACONN (Pocket Secure) a message on their web page portal, within a couple of hours things got addressed and fixed. The app works perfectly again. I can't thank you enough guys. Lucky I didn't take notice of the bad reviews otherwise I wouldn't have installed it. My security installer ACETONE Security explained exactly how this APP works and set it up properly all makes perfect sense the best APP to use without having to replace security system integrated with my old 20 YO solution Bosch alarm and controls my garage door.motor.

Previous version was so easy and intuitive to use. The new UI is a big step backward in my view. It’s also very buggy. Frequently does not arm, and I have to go into my home and manually arm which is time-consuming. Sometimes I'll disarm it, yet when I enter the house the alarm is still armed. This version is much slower to arm and disarm. It’s also much more likely to accidentally trigger the “Mobile Panic” button. Overall, it's a big step backwards in both how it functions and in the UI/UX.

Hopeless. Doesn't work. Please write an app that actually functions. Can't arm alarm (takes multiple attempts of many minutes each, if it works at all, & even up to hours later it is often still not armed), zones don't show up if alarm is triggered, so it's impossible to know which sensor in which room was triggered. The listed features in the screenshots do not exist. A very bad app that needs a rewrite All reviews continue to be ignored. Edit: 3+ HOURS TRYING TO ARM IT UNSUCCESSFULLY. Zero stars
