Ever since the recent update I cant even log into my account. Just says my user ID and password don't meet minimum requirements. When I try to reset password or retrieve my user ID (which I already know both, it was working before the update) it just tells me invalid request. Please fix this, currently the app is useless

Worthless I never thought I would say there is such a thing as too much security but this is ridiculous. Plus you have to have a separate app to deposit checks. Then there is the home page that shows checks cleared but not to whom. you have to push a button for each individual check-what's up with that? And there's no fingerprint sign in after this long wait? I realize PBS is local and still small, but if you are going to offer a service, at least make it worthwhile. Especially since making me wait so long for it

I made a deposit through mobile deposit, and at the end of the second business day had not seen my check in my account. The bank says they never got it even though the app said it was approved. I was already not a big fan of point banks online banking but this is probably the problem that will make me switch banks.
