Everything is otherwise good, but cannot access the recovery graph from the app and have to visit the webpage, so I just tend to use the webpage in case it has more features than the app.

Loads of information and easy sync between watch and PC. some issues every so often syncing with V3 or loop. Can be annoying but usually fixed within a few days.

Extremely unreliable app that almost never sync up with polar beat. I don't understand why this needs to have two separate apps in the first place. I wish my heart rate device wasn't tied to this usseles software

Navigating your records of sleep, heart rate and other stats need a major UI rehaul; an option to jump back to certain days, a month overview or something of the like. Also, recently the app has frozen multiple times, and I've been unable to open the devices tab to access my watch. Only after resetting my data and reconnecting have I been able to use it again, but lost my settings and had to reconfigure everything again. Would rate higher if these issues were fixed, since the app has worked well.

I haven't had my polar loop for long, and it stopped syncing, would track my heart rate, froze at over worked. After rebooting it multi times, I've sent it out 2 to the company to get" fixed". Honestly im starting it again after the company sent it back with a heavy heart. Fingers crossed 🤞
