★★★★★ Changed my review back to a five. Had to remove app from phone and then reinstall. App connected to watch straight away. I have noticed whenever there is an upgrade the watch gets disconnected and then refuses to sync. Have to remove the app and reinstall for it to work. However, this is just a minor hiccup and I love my watch and the app.

★★★★★ Please allow Polar Flow to display real-time heart rate "LINE" graph as in the Polar Beat app while using the new "Verity Sense", additionally, the Audio Feedback as well and make improvements to be able to reconnect when Bluetooth is momentarily interrupted. I am very pleased with Polar as a whole and love their products! Great customer and technical support!! Products I own and use daily: Vantage V2 Watch H10 Chest Strap Verity Sense Strap. 01/09/2025 Are there any updates?
★★☆☆☆ Love the app however, I'm blocked from removing permission if not used, and it's constantly trying to update. I can't count how many times it does it in a day. Also, why does it need access to so much of my phone info? I just want to see the analytics from my Polar Vantage. That's it. I used to be able to sync it when I pressed a button on the watch but now who knows. I don't have the bandwidth to navigate the maze to get support.
★★☆☆☆ I can pair the sensor with any of my devices but none of them can update the sensor. Samsung S23, S9 tablet and iPhone 14 all queue the update and run for >5 min before returning to the update screen like nothing happened. Support articles have been followed, location services enabled, etc. but I still can't use the sensor after fussing with it for 3 days. Sensor is too light to even be a decent paper weight...
