Was about to order a few more albums. But then: big disappointment. Lots of pictures automatically framed/cropped so badly that the head or vital details were out of the picture. Popsa says it uses AI to set the Photo album, but I don't see it. Uploading, everything seemed to be ok. Having rapidly seemed through the layout, I didn't notice anything. Really disappointing to see our holiday pictures like this. I will reconsider the review, if popsa fixes the issue, and sends the rectified item.

5 ornaments ordered on 16/11 & unfortunately all of them arrived with noticeable printing imperfections. On a positive note, Popsa's customer service was responsive and acknowledged the issue arranging a reprint. I recently received 4 of the reprinted ornaments & the print quality was improved. However, I'm still waiting for the 5th glass ornament to be reprinted. It's been a month since my original order & the lack of urgency ingetting this last print is frustrating as it's a gift needed for Fri

I used pops before and paid for an item that wasn't done as I expected the photos were rubbish, and you can't contact them to get your money back that im owed so no I don't like the ad !!!!

Why no recent reviews? Odd. BTW I installed and uninstalled again. I have 400+ images, and would put one on a page with no edit option
