Charged a $60 fee after I canceled the service with my health care provider AND this service. I was assured last month that I would not be charged. Checked my checking acct this morning and was charged $60. VERY upset!!! Now I'm waiting on a refund.

Pure crap - my Dr went with this app over 2 yrs ago - initial versions did not support Android - then when the android ver was released, buggy and clunky - tech support is not 24x7 - 9-5 EST only and not very helpful - The password policy did not initially support special characters - No option to remember username or password - password reset requires a trip to website, not optimized for mobile... need I go on? The app causes a level of patient dissatisfaction complete unnecessary in a world of easy to use, elegant mobile apps

I'm pretty sure this is a scam on overburdened doctors and their patients. I've never had to pay for a subscription in order to review my healthcare records or messages from healthcare providers. I downloaded the app because I couldn't log into the Portal Connect website on either a mobile or desktop browser. When I try to log into the app, all I see is a message that I'm not a subscriber.
