Not sure why there are no reviews for this when I know a bunch of coworkers has written them. There are so many bugs that need to be fixed in Portia 5. But don't expect support to do anything about it. All they do is give you the run around as to what/when things will be looked at just to be told the company you work for needs to address the issue not individuals who actually use the program.

While there are some minor improvements from the previous version of the app, you should use version 4 over this version if you care about having accurate data and use partial interval time sampling. This version of the app does not take accurate PITS data, and support (which took a month to get back to me about this issue) has no solution in sight.

I work as an RBT and taking data is an important part of my job. This app makes it difficult to do so. Partial inveral timers begin to count up at seemingly random times, causing the question to never be asked by the behavior. Other RBTs I work with have had the same and more issues than I. They don't ask for feedback from RBTs, so I don't know how they know what we want or need. I think it's because they'd actually have to do some work. They are happy to take your money and do the bare minimum.
