Why there is always a random character every time the print started? Only at first letter will be random character.

Can somebody help me. I recently subscribe these apps. But cannot be used. The USB 500 setting cannot be config saved. And the only print I can do is the trial print since POS printer doesn't doesn't appear on WPS docs.
