I found that I Must Use Chrome as the Default Browser when Managing Wallet or adding Funds. Thanks to the other tech-savvy reviewers for pointing out that the payment process is a browser wrapper which helped me find my workaround to an otherwise unsolvable problem. By the way I am changing my default browser back every time when I am done adding funds.

Update: The app doesn't crash as much anymore, but it will still crash. The app will crash my Pixel 8 phone. Starting on the camera made it worse. When I start the app, sometimes it will immediately close. Eventually, it'll hang, and the phone will reboot, and then, after starting the app a few times, I can use the app.

It's A REALLY GOOD STATION. A lot easier than some other changing Stations. And accept a variety of VISA CARDS. UNLIKE OTHER CHANGING STATIONS.

The charger worked flawlessly. We were at the beach during the low power time window of 4-9, however. So we only got 1.7 KW charge rate but that still would have been enough to make a difference if we had stayed at the beach for a while.

Great app. My only issue is that the minus request able charge is 10 kWh?? I ride a motorcycle with a ~10 kWh battery, and I don't want ever want to charge to 100%. I don't see why the software would impose a 10 kWh minimum for requesting. I'd be ok paying marginally extra per kWh for this level of control, since it only costs me $2 to fill up anyway

Possibly the worst UI I have yet to encounter for a charging station app. I've used Blink, Charge point, Shell and others and this one ranks as the worst so far. It's asking me how much kWH I want (I don't know?) and to set up my payment. I couldn't get past it asking me how much power I wanted and how long I wanted to charge for. Whatever happened to being able to tap your card and pressing start? This app makes a simple process too complicated. Terrible.

Absolute garbage charging. I'll stick with Electrify America. I plugged my car into a 50kwh, and it says it's going to take over 10 hours. My car can handle 350kwh so let's do the math. Power Flex = Sucks. They basically steal your money.

The app sucks. There's no telling if chargers work once you get there. Only use ot as q last resprt
