My employer started using this service to, "provide" our pay stubs and T4's. Over half the staff is still unable to access that info some months later despite multiple attempts. Login and registration is unnecessarily complicated. I haven't even been able to use this app. Just wanted to let everyone know they shouldn't either. It's garbage

NEGATIVE 5 stars. -☆☆☆☆☆ terrible app. NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR on all 4 of my devices. Login, YES. View statement-NO. Logout-YES Day force: you need to change to ADP. ADP ADP for Life. ADP on dial-up + a bad day is better than Meridian.

Not able to log in! It keeps saying "your login was rejected. This username is already logged into self-service."

Have no username or password to access my pay stubs. Tells me my login details were rejected. Don't know why we can't use a cell phone to log in. Each and every time I try logging in, I'm told my login info has timed out. I don't trust this company, what's to say that our personal information isn't going to be safe? Sad that we are forced to use this company. I am going to demand that I get my pay stubs and T4 directly from my employer.
