I traveled Pramukh travels on 18th from Hyderabad to Tiruvannamalai (Arunachalam) and we reached on time. The bus was well-maintained and very hygienic. We had taken the lower seats, and found them slightly uncomfortable for sitting and while standing, I felt that adding a slightly higher base could improve the experience. Apart from this, everything was good. Thank you!"

Worst experience rude behavior showcased by Driver and Helper ....what are you doing when we stopped for washroom we will not stop wherever you want ....hotel people serving delayed we cannot wait eat fast .... lankayapalem aao sunaya nahi de raha kya ? ... Hyd to Vizag 4th June Bus ... Helper and Driver pathetic behavior....customer pays for comfort and care not for you bus showoff there are thousands of travels who prioritize customer first .... I vouch Orange is the better than Pramukh

I Visited Hyderabad on one week Tour and returned by Private bus on 09th May. My bus broke down at Chennapatnam Restaurant at night around 10 Kms before Anaconda Bypass while going from Hyderabad to Chennai. We were around 20 people including elderly people, ladies and others struck up at Chennapatnam Restaurant. I could book Pramukh Travels online from Golconda Bypass to Chennai on 09th May 2026. But we were struck up at Chennapatnam MOTEL. Pramukh Travels didn't help stranded passengers. Thank
