Up until recently, it's been great. Now it forever says when I open the app 'signing in, couldn't sign in, incorrect credentials' or something very along those lines, & then just stays stuck in a loading screen, never progressing to a sign-in screen. Doesn't matter if I uninstall, reinstall, restart my phone, do a combo of the above, nothing fixes it. Lost my loyalties & ability to obtain anymore; very frustrating.

For some reason I can't log in. I have the right email because I assume I forgot my password and ended up reseting, tried logining in again, and it still Doenst work

The app does the job however it is missing fundamental features. Drinks need to have an incidents list and description. Consumers have allergies it's important. Don't have enough money in the wallet, and you've filled your cart already? Too bad. Gotta redo it again and transfer money into the app and fill out your order details again. The payment system is silly. Let the customer pay the exact amount they want via card or PayPal.

If you're on Android, you receive an "order failed" error when you try to order through the app, so all the points you've accumulated can't be redeemed; worse if you've actually deposited money, not working. Their tea is still awesome though - 31/03/20
