Up until recently, it's been great. Now it forever says when I open the app 'signing in, couldn't sign in, incorrect credentials' or something very along those lines, & then just stays stuck in a loading screen, never progressing to a sign-in screen. Doesn't matter if I uninstall, reinstall, restart my phone, do a combo of the above, nothing fixes it. Lost my loyalties & ability to obtain anymore; very frustrating.

I have trouble earning the reward points. I have tried entering the code as per the receipt, but it doesn't work. I told the store manager, and he says to try again the next day, but it still doesn't work. I then gave up and gave the code to my friend to try, and then it worked for her instantly. Please fix for me

I just upgrated to new app, the first time log in, I have to reset password but it's not sending me reset Email, so I just can't use it now............

The app does the job however it is missing fundamental features. Drinks need to have an incidents list and description. Consumers have allergies it's important. Don't have enough money in the wallet, and you've filled your cart already? Too bad. Gotta redo it again and transfer money into the app and fill out your order details again. The payment system is silly. Let the customer pay the exact amount they want via card or PayPal.
