I came two years ago for the very first time after a very long drive with family and pets. We decided to have a refreshing drink before we arrived to the hotel and believe me ... I did follow in love with Sudbury when this people were already starting closing the door, and then they opened with smiles welcoming us and on top we have a free drink!... I have been loyal to them since we moved to Sudbury and both a house 🏠 ❤️ Love the people working in here are always excellent service and friendly ❤️

Installed app to take advantage of a "free drink coupon" advertised on their website. But the coupon can't be redeemed with only 1 item in the cart. Cheapest item to add is another drink at $7. So this is a BOGO offer, not a free drink.

No sore locations for BC are added to the app. Makes it useless.

Totally unusable. I installed the app to use the free beverage promotion. Using the promotion first, it crashed. Adding beverages to my cart first, it ignored my order and replaced it with its own. Also, the restaurant wouldn't use the QR code from the app, because they don't have a scanner. Not sure how it is possible to screw something up this bad. A promotion is supposed to make me like the place, right? I tried again, and the coupon isn't available at all even though I never used it.
