Love real fruit but having trouble transferring from the old app to the new app. I keep putting in the verification code sent to my phone, and it keeps saying invalid code. Thankfully the self order machines allow you to input your phone number, so there is no missing out on points

Garage app, the cart blacked out when trying to check out. No point for rewards program after spending over $100, and you only get 50% off your next purchase.

Every time I press the cart/bag button it makes me choose a location, doesn't go to check out. And yes I did pick a location it just keeps redirecting me to the store locator

The new rewards program sucks. Points earned expires in 6 months after you earn them which I find to be way too short of a time frame. Other rewards programs do points expire after 1-2 years which is more reasonable. Also, 1000 points for just 50% 1 drink? Really? No point in using the rewards program unless you really frequent the place.

App sucks and so does the loyalty points the points make no sense it says 100 points is $1 but $80 is 5% off I have 200 points, and it says no rewards. What a scam they just want to sell your information
