My family and I love having Presto Cards ! It's very convenient, you can load automatically or at many stores and bus/train stations. Fares are also cheaper, especially for students and youths. It's great that it can also be used in many neighboring cities.

Previously, the app stopped working on my phone due to having android developer mode enabled for my classes. This was rather inconvenient, as I was using the presto app to load my card on the way to those classes. I left a review about the impact of that change, and I'm happy to say that since I left that feedback, the change has been reverted. Now there's a lot less friction in my commute! I'd like to thank the Presto team for taking user feedback into account :)

TRASH!!! I LOG OUT WEEKS AGO & THEN OPEN IT & IT TELLS ME SESSION ENDED LIKE I JUST DID IT NOW!!! THEN IT Won't OFFER BIOMETRIC (fingerprint) SIGN IN!!! IS THIS A HIGH SCHOOL PROJECT? THIS GARBAGE IS MORE ANNOYING THAN USEFUL.

Loading is quick to use but its always glitching. I thought that my load didn't transfer as it said there was an error, and I loaded it again and turns out I loaded it twice when I didn't mean to. Now I have an unnecessary amount on my presto

This app does not open on my Samsung phone and tablet. Very distressed. Tell us how to fix, thanks. It's asking me for two-step verification. Very distressed. It was working fine prior to update kindly help I'm using Samsung 10 tablet

I can no longer check out. The app is trying to force me to install Google Wallet even if I choose to pay by credit card.
