My family and I love having Presto Cards ! It's very convenient, you can load automatically or at many stores and bus/train stations. Fares are also cheaper, especially for students and youths. It's great that it can also be used in many neighboring cities.

Previously, the app stopped working on my phone due to having android developer mode enabled for my classes. This was rather inconvenient, as I was using the presto app to load my card on the way to those classes. I left a review about the impact of that change, and I'm happy to say that since I left that feedback, the change has been reverted. Now there's a lot less friction in my commute! I'd like to thank the Presto team for taking user feedback into account :)

I wish presto would request the user birthdate upon registration so that the profile would automatically change to senior membership at 65. I lost my card that had money when I was younger but was unable to move the money to my account as a senior

Although it is not very functional in countryside areas, it is probably the best transit option when it comes to downtown or lake shore/Etobicoke areas

Update: Issue has been fixed, it was the right call. Presto is blocking users with developer options enabled. No bank does this and for some phones it's necessary to get some features like the Pixel 8.

App doesn't seem to be able to do much, won't let you add cards, tells you to use your phone's wallet for transactions instead of the app itself. Virtual assistant isn't helpful.

Entered my password correctly to sign into the app multiple times, and it wouldn't sign in. I had to download the app on another device in order for it to sign in. Please fix this.

Since 2025 I have been unable to use presto card from my Google wallet. I have transferred money to a new card. Used the physical card then transferred back to the digital card and for some reason the app and Google wallet no longer recognize each other. DON'T TELL ME TO CALL CS Center NO ONE CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM. I have no idea why this happened or continues. It's so frustrating. ONE STAR UNTIL PRESTO GETD THEIR ACT TOGETHER.
