For the most part don't have an issue with the app. However, I find it silly that purchases of E-Tickets don't count towards your monthly usage (40 trips). If you're on the bus when your 2 hours expires, you have no choice but to purchase an E-Ticket or risk getting a $150 fine for not having an active ticket so these really should count towards the 40 trips just as tapping your phone or card does.

Previously, the app stopped working on my phone due to having android developer mode enabled for my classes. This was rather inconvenient, as I was using the presto app to load my card on the way to those classes. I left a review about the impact of that change, and I'm happy to say that since I left that feedback, the change has been reverted. Now there's a lot less friction in my commute! I'd like to thank the Presto team for taking user feedback into account :)

Entered my password correctly to sign into the app multiple times, and it wouldn't sign in. I had to download the app on another device in order for it to sign in. Please fix this.

I had a presto card on my phone with $28.30 loaded. I lost my phone in a river and am I trying to get the funds transferred to a new card on my phone wallet but am I being told they are unable to because the card on the old phone was not registered. They can see my information they see my old phone with the amount loaded that I told him was loaded but can't transfer the funds because that card was not "registered" I feel this is a load of crop and a money grab on their part...free money for them.

Garbage app they secretly add extra account to lock some features and force me to add google wallet . I.
