At first, I wasn't receptive to the idea of paying for transit with funds deposited onto a card, but I love my digital Presto card. It's convenient and super easy to use.

Presto cards are nice and easy to load by using direct deposit right from your account or any transfer. But the systems on the transit in Toronto suck.

I had a presto card on my phone with $28.30 loaded. I lost my phone in a river and am I trying to get the funds transferred to a new card on my phone wallet but am I being told they are unable to because the card on the old phone was not registered. They can see my information they see my old phone with the amount loaded that I told him was loaded but can't transfer the funds because that card was not "registered" I feel this is a load of crop and a money grab on their part...free money for them.

Always asks me for permission to use biometrics (which don't work!) even though I've given it permission dozens of times. Multiple instances of a generic error message while trying to reload my PRESTO Card. Gets stuck in the shopping cart and cannot proceed from there despite uninstalling and reinstalling. Every time I go to reload my card I need to retype my mailing address. Never seen that in my life before. This is pretty basic stuff guys...

So I can't verify my email even when I try typing the code for verification it says it's not the right code?
