I can't use the app when on VPN. Turn VPN off, and I can use the app to conveniently place click and go orders. I want to place delivery orders like until a few months ago. Now it says outside their delivery area, though I've not moved. Even without VPN the app is slow! Search & navigation are quirky. Some items can be found only by item number🙄 Overall, a worthwhile app (with VPN off) that affords much convenience but has considerable issues that could be greatly improved.

2025 Updated Review: The app is at it again. It doesn't load. It constantly says loading when you open the app. This started after I installed the August 2025 upgrade. Updated Review: The app works well. I have placed several orders. It was useful, but now it's not. Since Dec 2022, I've not been able to shop using the app on an android device. The bottom of the screen with the shopping cart is missing. Now, the only purpose of this app is to tell me when my membership expires. Please fix it.

This app does not need our location all the time. Stop requiring it. It only needs it when we are actively using the app and really to determine the nearest club. Turn off the requirement for always on location.

This app Is useless now I've been trying to log in since around 2pm it's now 9:40pm, and it's still saying loading 🤦🏿 better they didn't update it 😑
