I have ordered a Shirt about 11 days ago I still paid for 1-day shipping 12 bucks added to my order and still hasn't came I am very concerned about when my order will come the shipping policy says it could take up to 2 weeks but yet if this is going on why do they still expect us to pay for 1-day shipping so dumb i wouldn't order anything at primitive

When it comes to shipping and being charged an astronomical price on shipping costs they are the worst. Being charged almost $20 for shipping is not my main concern however waiting 2 weeks to receive my order is the main problem here. If y'all are going to charge ridiculous prices on shipping then make sure it gets to a customer on time! At first, they said my package would get to me in 2-3 days, then 5 days, then 7 days, finally after 2 weeks I got my stuff!customer service was awful as well.

Cannot place order from Canada - always "checkout cannot be completed" regardless of payment method - Customer Service also hasn't responded to my request for over a week

This is the most useless app what a waste of data they don't sell complete skateboard only decks and all the decks are always sold out I've never been so disappointed in an application the person running this app should resolve the issues or delete it from play store
