Great app, great product, the hats beautiful quality and same goes with the shirts, only 2 things, 1 shipping does take some time usually 9 days for normal shipping and even when I pay extra for a 2-4 day shipping it gets shipped at the last hour of the forth day so its kinda annoying, but doesn't take away from the quality, and the second thing when I add or take products away from the cart "or bag" it does take some time or doesn't take it out, so be careful if you buy a couple products.

This is the only app I've seen in the last nine months that actually makes sense and mean something because everyone needs a new goddamn hat especially a brand new Chicago White Sox snap back, or the city connect all red White Sox 2025 hat!! But chances are no one reading this is the Sox fan so you guys buy stupid hats like nuggets and broncos and stupid teams like that!! You probably had like the dodgers win the world series and they stupid!! New era awesome!!

Had to give a ☆ to just say that I had the WORST experience ever with this app Shop New Era 🤦♀️ I order a hat (it was for a 🎁) when I check out it said I will take like 6 ro 8 days well guess what I got it 2 months after I ordered 😡 for more than 3 weeks it was stock in one spot didn't move from there and after toooooo many emails I had to send because they don't even have a contact number I finally got it not even an email that it was delivered 😠 never again from this app NEVER

Very buggy app and have had orders canceled now 3 times through the app for no apparent reason. If I wasn't such a fan would have gone Mitchell and Ness long ago. Simply stick to their website it's far better.

Warning: purchase at your own risk. I made a purchase and submitted it with a free shipping promo code. I submitted the purchase for one price then they charged my card another price. It's impossible to get a live person or even to cancel the order. Their app is pure garbage, can't even read what you're writing in the chat box because they got a banner embedded over it. Now I gotta go through the hassle of returning the cap or disputing the charge. I def will not purchase anything again.
