Description
Promenade musicale is a musical platform game. Set off on a walk with your character through a night-time landscape and catch the right notes and the right chords on the way — the ones that match the current chord of the grid.
Move your character, jump, double-jump or crouch to pick up the bubbles at the right moment. Each bubble carries a note or a chord, and you should only take the ones that go with the current chord of the grid. A right chord earns points, a right note or a right drum earns more, and a wrong bubble loses some. At the end, your performance is converted into a mark out of 10.
The key, the tempo, the chord grid and the rhythm change with every game, so no two walks are alike. You can choose French notation (DO RE MI) or English notation (C D E). On a phone, the heaviest audio effects are reduced automatically for a smooth sound.
Built for learning, this game helps you recognise major and minor chords, connect notes to their chord and train your ear while having fun. Ideal in class as well as at home.
