Easy to use the app and do the home inspection on your own time. No appointment needed by an inspector to come into home and basically do the same thing which I did. You can retake the photos/video if you need/want. You can use the app and take the videos/photos of different part of the house at different times as time permits.

Tried changing an answer as to whether or not we have another HVAC or heating system. Clicked the edit button and rather than giving me a yes or no option, it gave me a "Let's do it" that crashes the app, after I spent a couple of hours already going through the house and answering questions and taking pictures and videos. Very frustrating.
