★★★★★
Great app, I'd like to see an automatic calculator from/ to paid amount for 2 weekly as well as fortnightly rent calculation features
★★★★★
Super simple to use. Trying to find a decent property management app and I think this one's it! Would be nice if you could rename the TAX type (from VAT). Would also be nice to be able to type in the total including tax and have it calculate back. Small quirks though. Love being able to text receipts!
★★☆☆☆
Application works but doesn't cater for other currency signs like Rand in South Africa which is uneasy to send to tenants in dollars sign due to exchange rate fluctuation. Consider adding other currency then link to global maps to pick up street address in different continents. Much appreciated

Doesn't let me add expenses, ad pops up then erases what I added, rendering the app useless

It's a good app overall, but my property has disappeared after I have added it to my list. I can't see the property there however I can still get rent due and rent graph in here, so I don't know maybe I am using free version, or it's something my app has problem with.
