Terrible. Too complicated to use and doesn't work. I can't connect my devices. Unclear instructions. Print on device too small to read. There's no explanation or context on the system or operational architecture so without context, impossible for the user to solve problems when things don't work as expected.

Absolute rubbish. Just doesn't work or do what it says it's going to do. Total waste of time

Kept losing connection with cameras. Reached the point that re-pairing need to be done. Previous workaround by rebooting cameras stopped working. Cameras are connecting to network and can access webpages of all cameras on network. Not secure on local network After getting them to work 1 year without issue the lot are no longer available to any device through protect home app. Don't buy Avid sen, tech help never reply
