Control the state of each with a simple click, or long press for advanced functions.
No more second guessing whether you set the alarm before you left the office -– the app provides instant awareness of system status, and enables you to arm or disarm with a simple tap. 4 1/2 Really. Love it with one exception. I have multiple sites on one GX server, but can't add more than one site. The app says the place already exists on this login. Same server different site.

The app works well with our WX. Only issue I've had is if you press and hold a door for too long it will unlock latch the door and the only way to lock the door back up is through the web interface

Great app. A home screen widget that requests a mobile credential and presents it to an NFC or BT reader without having to open the app would be a welcome improvement. Also, fingerprint authentication should be implemented.

I can't open my credentials. I have reached out and received a standard email, asking me to sign in. I am not the company, I need the mobile app to access the beach. Big problem no one will help

I would give it zero if I could. It doesn't work. My HOA uses this app for entrance to our lake. The app takes over 10 minutes to open and then when signing in it states "Error cannot start a login operation because login is already in progress". I am so irritated that I now have to pay $20 for a physical card to get into the lake I pay for.
