Startup "Loading" is irritating and internet access is not required. I get to my building and I have to open the app and stand there waiting like an idiot for the app to load. It seems to be connecting to a server or something because it takes longer when I'm in the basement of my building in the elevator. Also, there is no reason why this app should need to connect to any server in order to use. Whatever it's connecting to the server for can be done in the background. Please fix this asap.
