TRIKDIS communicators that work with PROTEGUS app are compatible with any alarm panel. Communicators are directly compatible with Paradox, DSC, Interlogix (Caddx) and Texecom panels by connecting to panel's serial or data port. They work with any other alarm panel by connecting to alarm control panels landline communicator (TIP RING contacts). We display Contact ID events in a visual and user friendly way. With such panels remote Arm/Disarm is done via keyswitch zone.

The events notifications cannot be deleted manually However, as informer by the developer the events are deleted after 3 months. The app is straightforward

Not receiving any alert or notification whenever my alarm is triggered. Have logged out, reinstall the app and on the notification and alert button. Still not working. And the upper left box keeps stating 'changing'.

On events, you can see only "user 16" but not name of user! This has to be solved ! Even when you go to your users you can see which one of them is 16 .

Tiaras trikdis. Buggy app, lags, plus on top of that cannot login, because app frezes and is loading a long time. Phone galaxy s21. Although layout of app is good, and I liked it.
