Great app I can reconcile classes from my phone and answer client questions about remaining class credits on the spot - Great when hold classes out and about not in a facility

App seems reasonable. Not super easy to book PT session, as others have posted - it would be good if trainer availability was visible as a calendar. Also, would be great if there was a way of exporting booked sessions to an external calendar (i.e. google cal or similar).

An incredibly powerful PT app. I suspect that this app is so powerful in fact that a lot of people (PTs) don't know how to configure it, causing it to get bad reviews. Would be nice if there was a solid FAQ for how to configure / troubleshoot the app. I am an IT person, so I love figuring this stuff out, but a lot of Pts are not. There is room for improvement, like allowing clients to: upload pictures for PTs, sign up with Google. Integration with zoom / Google Meet would be amazing.

Can't open an account I open the app, and it goes to a login page and doesn't give me an option to actually create an account

The newest version makes navigating a bit more troublesome, as there are a lot more taps you have to do to complete booking a session, organizing payment, or reconciling a session. My biggest issue with the app is that any time I add a new client or change a client's information, the app crashes and goes to a blank page with the text "NaN". I'm unable to navigate out of this page, and have to restart the app every time I want to make a small change in my clients' information. Super annoying!
