Description by Arketa Fitness(from Google Play)
Pure Body Studio is a boutique-style, classical Pilates studio in the heart of West University. For over 15 years, we have been dedicated to preserving the integrity and tradition of authentic Pilates while serving our community with warmth and professionalism. We believe Pilates is more than exercise — it is a holistic method that enhances core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through intentional movement on the mat and specialized apparatus. By restoring posture, alleviating aches and pains, and reducing the risk of injury, Pilates helps clients move through life with strength and confidence.
At Pure Body Studio, we hold our instruction to the highest standards. Our teachers complete comprehensive Pilates training programs that include extensive observation, student teaching, practicum requirements, and movement hours before graduating. The minimum training required to teach at Pure is 600 hours, ensuring depth of knowledge and experience. We may welcome instructors nearing completion of their comprehensive certification if they meet our rigorous standards. Our backgrounds span respected classical and contemporary lineages — from Romana to Lolita, Balanced Body to BASI — yet we are united in one philosophy: movement with integrity that gets you where you want to be, safely and effectively. Our instructors are skilled in working with clients of all fitness levels.
No need to feel intimidated here! Pure Body Studio is a warm, friendly, and supportive environment where we walk alongside you on your journey to better health.
Our studio features three dedicated spaces designed to meet a variety of training needs:
The Reformer Studio houses six reformers, delivering resistance-based classes that support the body while providing a dynamic, low-impact workout.
The Mat Studio offers thoughtfully designed classes that train the body to function more efficiently through precise mat-based exercises.
The TRX Studio incorporates suspension training to leverage body weight for versatile strength and stability workouts.
At Pure Body Studio, you’ll find expert guidance, a welcoming community, and a commitment to helping you feel your absolute best!
