I love it! Today was the second time I use purple to transfer money from my account abroad to myself in Lebanon. The app is user-friendly and everything is clearly explained. There is also a video showing step by step how to retrieve the transfer from an ATM. I really love how easy it is to reach out to the purple team in case I face any issues. The purple team is supportive, available, and professional. They explain everything clearly, point out what went wrong, and what to do to fix it.

I had an issue, contacted support, they promised to resolve. They vanished and now no one is responding. Worst customer support for a digital wallet! They focus so much on making the company flashy, when you need them they ghost and treat you with no care. Definitely not recommended

How is it possible to make such a bad app? It is super slow. It ends up working every time but not without a few scares such as screen freezing or weird error messages like "invalid account" and one time I had to drive all the way back home because the code suddenly expired for no reason and I had no 4g. Another time it stopped working and forced me to update at the worst time. Another time the ATM would refuse to give the money, last time ATM was broken...

I was in a hurry to receive money from jnoub so I thought this app will be faster, but they asked for verification ID, saying that it only takes 5 mins to verify and it's been more than 10 hours now. Thank god we have OMT, really disappointed.
