1 Star: Couldn't verify my account, did everything and nothing worked. This is stupid really. **************************** Updated to 4 stars: I was contacted by customer service, and they activated my account without doing anything from my side. I suggested they be more clear on the reasons for failed activation for the future. And also suggested they add another layer of security within the app, so that if someone stole your wish account they can't access your profile and also steal your IDs.

Two days I cannot use my account, because it is considered I am logged in to a device, which when I try to use it they told me to signup (as I am not logged in), and the result I am not able to use my account on any device, because I cannot log in neither to a new device neither to the old device I am considered as logged in into it, you must resolve login from multi devices' behavior, because this issue make service useless

Don't Download you will lose money!! And they won't help you. Please don't Download for your own sake. I got the physical card 1 week ago and after a week I found money missing. When I contacted them they said that a payment was made by a Google account and Google didn't allow them to know the account. And I'm sure I didn't put my card on any online account I checked and I just received it. Their support is very slow and helpless.

I received transferred money from a friend, and I had to wait more than one day to receive them and didn't receive them yet!. Bad treatment of customers. The office worker didn't do the right thing. Error in sending address details via application. I called them and let me wait 7 minutes without any reply. I will never ever deal with them!.
