Two days I cannot use my account, because it is considered I am logged in to a device, which when I try to use it they told me to signup (as I am not logged in), and the result I am not able to use my account on any device, because I cannot log in neither to a new device neither to the old device I am considered as logged in into it, you must resolve login from multi devices' behavior, because this issue make service useless

Edit 1: they told me to wait 15 days which is ridiculously long, if they would fix earlier I'll rate back to 5. Okay. I'm sorry I going to rate 1. I was just got charged for a declined payment, I tried to contact your agents with zero success, the first number you told me is unavailable by a bot response. Just to find the another number unresponsive. I kindly request 1 thing. I want my lost funds back! Your charged me for nothing. Terrible experience
