I had registered an issue regarding a pipeline breakage in our society on Sunday, 12th July, and today, 15th July, the issue has been resolved. The PWD people called me and did the work. I am very much satisfied with the experience. I know there might be a backlog in the app in different areas, and I saw in the news there are around 16k backlogged cases, but over time, it's better to track via the app than to just orally tell the department over the phone. Overall a good initiative by the govt

Hello PWD Goa app developers and officials. The initiative of making this app was wonderful, and helping Goa Road safety fighters and social activists., but please try to make updates and other useful Icons, how to directly contact the Customer care, Feedback service, Even IDC roads issue, Pipeline leakage, Wrong Road engineering etc. Plz try to add at least Customer care support. No response from the PWD department stupid app

Does not allow file picture to be uploaded. Stopping vehicle on the road to take picture could be dangerous where there is no service lane. Case is autoassigned but the app does not show status like when the work will be started and completed. No notifications received on mobile or email about registering complaint and status updates. No provision for modifying the case or providing additional feedback. There is no dashboard for people to see the pending complaints, resolution time, etc
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
