I am not able to log in from the past 20 days even I have paid the bill it's not reflected and this month I got double payment with penalty. Worst management and worst app. Even if I want to check payment history I am unable to login.

Very poor experience with the APCPDCL app. I tried to register a complaint about my electricity bill, but the Lodge Complaint page was not loading properly. The Consumer Portal requires OTP verification, but I did not receive any OTP even after trying multiple times. Because of this, I was unable to register my complaint online. Please fix the OTP and complaint registration issues and make the app more reliable for consumers.
