This is the Official App for electricity Consumers of UPPCL in four DISCOMs - PUVVNL, MVVNL, DVVNL, PVVNL .
UPPCL Consumer App will help consumers to access their electricity account– anywhere and anytime.
From instant online payments to quick receipt generation, consumers can also request for load extension and use Trust-Meter Reading for self bill generation. Simply, sign in to check your account and update details (like mobile number, email) if required.
The official UPPCL Consumer App will serve consumers of PUVVNL, MVVNL, DVVNL and PVVNL DISCOMs. Consumers can login by selecting District and entering Account Id, which will be verified with OTP sent to their registered mobile number. This application is available in two languages - Hindi and English.

Very Good app to See your bill and pay online bill. But complaint lodged and tracking is difficult and response from their team is impossible.

UP PCL App has two critical glitches in self-billing: Pro Rata Slab Bug: If a bill is cleared on 29th and new bill generated on 1st, the app counts it as just 2 days consumption and pushes the entire bill into the highest 300+ expensive slab. Rebate Reversal Glitch: Paying a revised bill before the new due date still results in rebate reversal as arrears in the next bill due to wrong backend logic. Developers please fix this billing algorithm!

I would like to suggest that please allow users to edit name address and other things using uppcl app or website using Aadhaar authentication. So that the bribery (Ghuskhori) in this department will stop. No Money No work Department UP PCL

From last 2 months application is not showing any uses, I have complaint 9 times nothing happened yet. Still application is showing no consumption.
