If it had 0 stars I would select that! I haven't been able to use this app for over a year now! Trash! I have to use my tv that is connected to my DVR which defeats the purpose of security as I can't access the cameras in a timely manner. I'm happy I bought these cameras at Costco! They are definitely going back!

Cameras are good server box is poorly made port mounts in the back fall-out unless Saudered back, poor connection and picture quality goes down hill they need a big fix. Getting ready to swap out to a nother brand maybe better results. Update. Server box continues to shut down and restart on its own have to log in multiple times a day because the system shuts down turning out to be a piece of garbage purchase. I only purchased it because Costco had it on sale. I'm Hati g this system now.garbage
