The upgrade we needed! The old app did the job, but this new version is on another level. It’s properly redesigned and finally feels like something I’d use regularly. Haven’t travelled recently, but even just topping up and checking activity is so much smoother now.

Rubbish. When you log in it shows a total in AUD of all currencies loaded, then below that it gives individual totals for each currency. All well and good, except the default currency just shows "DEFAULT". If you want to know how money you've actually got in that currency you have to change the defaults, log out and come back in. Not my idea of useful.

Still have to use the 'old' QANTAS Money app to set the default load currency. What a joke.

The new app is a nightmare to use. It is so unreliable, unstable and fails almost every time we try to use it. Not to forget that loading money is less easy than with the previous app. This is very annoying when travelling overseas and relying on the combo card/app. We are still using the old app as the new is RUBBISH! Qantas, if you want people to use your card with confidence, you should do better.

Default currency balance is no longer displayed! Please correct this, tricky to know your funds balance when travelling & if a top-up is required. Also tried to load currency twice via a debit card. The app reported an error both times. When I checked my bank account the funds had actually transacted twice!! Qantas Pay, please fix these issues 😖
