Delivery rates higher that twiggy and tomato, unwanted fees and bad interface. What I found out from the rider was that they mark the price of food twice the rate in restaurant and deliver through porter app. Better call and order from restaurant and make porter pick it

I ordered the food today, and it's been more than 1 hour. When I called the number, there was no response. Then the last delivery boy called me and said that the order has been canceled due to some problem. Worst service. This app not prefer for anyone. Absolutely bad service

If it is beyond your service area then the restaurant should not have shown in app. Once a customer place an order after the shown pricing, and you call and charge extra amount is not a professional way. How will I know if you will deliver or not to my location, customer rely on the details shown in app. If you are not able to deliver to a particular location then the restaurant shouldn't be shown, it should say not deliverable to your location.
