Citizen apps, out of 100A% score 85% why did not provide timeframe for releasing ID and all requirements by the Municipality requirement, huh? It seems like email don't exist and sms us a person feels like dumb with no idea about Citizen, you've got it all from us. Are you satisfied fraud? I accuse you!! Timid staff.

E-mail address not working something below will prompt with "The email address you entered has already been used for 'single sign on' Please sign in using facebook." after pressing the facebook log in would say "Error" and "App not active : This app is not accessible right now, etc." I can't access my QCid through the app

Can't access because of facebook login error "App not active: This app is not currently accessible and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated". Fix your facebook login issues, reactivate it.

SHAME !! SHAME !! SHAME !!SHAME !! POOR SERVICE EVER, THEY HAVE ONLINE TRANSACTION BUT CAN'T DO ONLINE PAYMENT... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME FILLING UP THOSE DETAILS. ONLINE PAYMENT BUT CAN'T DO ONLINE PAYMENT YOU HAVE TO WALK-IN IN CITY HALL TO PAY AND WAIT 3-5DAYS BEFORE APPROVED YOUR HEALTH PERMIT... DON'T CHOOSE THIS APP GUY'S, JUST WALK-IN.... SHAME QC APP !! SHAME QC APP!!

I thought it was similar to the eGOV app where you can see the digital version of your NATIONAL ID here in the app, but it doesn't exist QC ID, and it just says REGISTER QC ID🤦🏻‍♂️ I'm sure you shouldn't have done the health permit online because it used to be a 1-day process, even though there's a long line, now you can get it in 1 week
