Price mismatch I have booked an appointment with a doctor in Manipal where they charged 600 for consultation,but the app says 450. Even Manipal hospital customer care representatives conveyed that Qikwell is so problem causing.

Poor management and administration Very poor management and administration@satyabhama hospital Dr Gopal OPD, a lot of hospital staff patient which don't require to wait, the patient who is already waiting for 2 hrs needs to wait for another half hour. Don't visit to satyabhama hospital Nangloi ever, these are merely money making machines, better to visit doctor near krishan mandir wali gali, or in Shivrampark

Not really useful My 4 appointments have been cancelled in a row. When i call up customer care, i was told to directly check with the doctor and the hospital. If this was the case why would i need to use this app anyway and waste time. And the gift voucher is only if appointments are not honored on visiting the clinic. Not if appointments are cancelled in prior, even in in a row. So its more of a marketing strategy with very little use to the customer. Better off directly talking to the doctor instead of this app
