Was working fine, updated before Christmas, now it won't open at all. Crashes immediately. Edit: I emailed customer service through their website. They responded quickly and let me know an update was being released. They emailed again on release, and the update appears to have resolved the problem.

After new upgrade on april 18.screen doesn't show location of auto or that my signature has been sent.was working great until upgrade.

Pathetic app. Just have to do one thing. Sign-in and sign out based on geofencing. And it doesn't so that properly. Sign pad doesn't come on, app doesn't show the status properly if kid is signed in/out. I can sign in multiple times and won't know if it worked.
