It was expensive before to trade stocks and options on Ques trade, but it always had the best layout and efficiency in terms of the app not glitching. Since they have lowered the commission on Stocks, ETFs and options, it is my preferred platform for investing.

Not intuitive at all. Ui and ux both rudimentary. The flow does not make logical sense. I have an account open. I have money deposited and get there is no trading option. I search for stocks and try and add the to watch list and the app takes me back to the home page and indicates that a watch list needs to be created. BUT THERE IS NO OPTION TO CREATE ONE !!!!!

Ques trade forced me to switch to the new app. I just sold shares at market in the new app. The order executed. The cash proceeds don't show in my account. With the old app the cash proceeds showed immediately as an increase in cash balance. I tried the app's online help chat, and it just spun. I don't know where my money went. This is unusable and now untrusted. This app currently is too broken to risk large investments on. But we have no choice now within QT. May need to move funds away from QT.
