Cons: basic user experience issues, like placing a sell order -- why wouldn't it display exactly how much of that stock I own on that page. The "see all balances" combined in Cad, combined in USD, CAD, USD. Is honestly kind of a confusing don't like having to swipe through your different accounts instead of an overview. Why should I have to submit a request to convert currency and why wouldn't it shows how much of a particular currency I have ON THAT PAGE pro: not a hybrid web app. Nice

If you want to lose money trade with them when canceling orders takes forever to confirm and until it's canceling your portfolio will be drained

Drop down menus don't work in app. Ten clicks or more for the options box to pop up. Sometimes I'll click for 30s scanning left to right on the clickable box, rapidly and slowly, holding in the box, tapping and nothing happens. Makes trading options a pain. Ongoing for at least a year, over many app iterations. Chat to try to resolve is useless. Moving to wealth simple

Down again! The most irrelevant trading app on the Planet! This app contains only BUGS! The whole team who is part of this app should be fired immediately! 2025-02-11 Stupid App! You don't know what is real-time trading! This app is iller than Wealth Simple. After two years, you guys still haven't improved it as per customer recommendations. We are leaving Ques trade for We bull. 2025-02-18 Stupid App! Cannot Cancel order! "You can't trade in this account right now since is currently logged in."
