★★☆☆☆ The UI drop down menus' response time is very slow on pixel, simply can't get through menus without a 15+sec delay most of the time. Looks like mobile trading options with this app isn't as great and simple like the old thinkorswim app. Sad. Edit: Got into contact with their support to hopefully help this situation.

★★☆☆☆ Terribly slow UI at times, which makes one think the app has locked up. And seemingly random errors when trying to log in or modify an order. Absolutely not reliable. Makes me consider moving to another broker. Yet more problems with app lately such as orders page saying I have no pending orders when the website confirms that I do. Ques trade: Don't bother trying to fix this app. It smells like there are fundamental design problems with it. Outsource a complete rewrite to a different firm ASAP
