if u try to use in android10 that is not working.app under process to use all android version.if your mobile under 10ver so that is perfactly work. First uninstall QLAPP after reinstall and fillup your data for idpwd. After that is buffring some time if done u can direct exit and go in mdesk. if Your lead RFL so click on that and automatic QLapp open and u can login.executive data wrong but after done all process u check status on pc that show your name.
