I've been using Quick Talk for a few weeks now, and it was so easy to set up. I'm really impressed with how professional it sounds for my start-up business. The customer service was excellent; they called me to ensure I was able to set up the service and to see if I needed any further assistance. It’s not often that I sign up for a service and receive a call within an hour checking if I need help. Now, I can focus on my start-up business without worrying about phone services. Scam close the line and still come take money and doesn't refund the money and pay in Amazon card to put good reviews in exchange but if you close the line charge for the card

We signed up for service and made a payment but did not receive the confirmation email. After signing up and paying the fee, it stated that we would receive an email to verify our identify. I emailed the company, and it seems like they are unable to find my email address and name I used to make an account. This is impossible, they took my money but can't seem to track my account I made.

The customer service is good, but the system is just horrible. Constantly logs me out, archaic at best, development is lagging. The same texts show 5 times back to back on my text log for multiple texts. Cannot do basic things like texting by clicking on your parties phone number in call history. It's just clunky. I'm still here after about 1-1.5 yrs only because this is my business number and I don't want the disruption of having to go through A2P again.
