GoDaddy's Conversations App background carrier is Twilio. That service reads and censors Text/SMS messages. I was having a conversation, using medical terminology, and Twilio blocked my out-going texts because of inappropriate conversation. This wasn't "sexting" it was a conversation about medical procedures. I could no longer text anyone... at all. They would not tell me what was said wrong. I cancelled my GoDaddy phone service and moved my number to another, nationally known, cell provider.

I have been trying for several days in getting my issue. Resolved where the conversations' app is not forwarding any calls to my phone, and I am missing a lot of business. I have been on the phone on text for the last several days, and it seems that nobody can help me get this resolved in a timely matter. My customers are not being able to reach me. I am unsure of what the next step. It's supposed to be where I have tried every option that they have given to me. I hope that somebody in management.
