Re amaze is not that popular, but it is a top-notch product. If you're looking for an all-in-one integration of knowledge base, customer support via Facebook, email and live chat, this is what you need. I tested almost all the most popular apps out there but in the end, Re amaze is what I went with.

I love Re amaze! The android app although seems like it's a little unpolished. Needs to add attachments and a way to start a conversation. What's the point of having a mobile app and not be able to use the camera to send pictures to customers?

Hello, thanks for the great app, I just wanted to say that it would be very nice, if you can add a dark theme for the app, also the option to merge conversations which are missing within the app, I have to use a web browser on my phone in desktop mode to get this. Thanks in advance.

This app will get negative feedback because of improper price. I only use it for shopify Chat. Because of glitches. And you still need to know things to work or spend sometimes to build a function. Not so automated in smart way, but crazy yearly cost. Paying $160 a month for 4 staffs. Not so Kosher exclusive but at Kosher price. Later on downgraded to $50 mo. total then entire data exposes to staffs. They have many minor features but not perfectly polished., which is not so helpful in business.

Why can't we swipe away messages anymore? Used to be so easy to use on the phone, you can swipe away messages to resolve, or select a bunch of messages, now nothing

I like reamaze, but this app is terrible. Just shows the browser version squished on to a mobile phone screen. I click into chat and because there is so little screen real estate I'm scrolling for ages to get to the last comment made. This is also the biggest problem with reamaze that you have to scroll to the bottom of all chats and tickets to then post a response. UPDATE ok I just checked back in after 7 years to see what has changed. It doesn't work with my new version of Android.
