Does exactly what I need it to do. Very similar to Google Voice except it's not free, but Freedom Voice does have more business functionality.

Shouldn't have to continuously uninstall and reinstall the app every time I have to make a business call.

Glitchy, laggy, we had to uninstall and reinstall 30 times a day. That is no exaggeration. We would get kicked off multiple times a day, leading to many customer service calls. When you call in, you're told that they are trying to upgrade their degraded system. Customer service reps aren't helpful but are very friendly and apologetic. We lost 3 weeks of communication with our clients due to this terrible app.

Crashes and cycles constantly - can't open it 99% of the time for the past yr and yes - I have a new Samsung phone, so it is definitely an app issue
