Always a call or text away, and I can see you get a chance to talk through my cravings instead of the same as I was doing. Im benefits of a nrt program and a lot of people are supporting me on here. Thank you so much 🙏

I did It with there help with patches and Lozenges

★★★★☆ Megan Smith · Aug 30, 2026

It's helpful, however, they text you sometimes 15 to 20 times in one day. So their communication is excessive to say the least. It does help you to stay accountable though. They also send you patches and gun or lozenges FOR FREE! They assign you a coach to help you through the process. I think it's a very useful and helpful app. It's just excessive with the texts and sometimes the calls.

Simply doesn't work no matter how many times you tap on "try again".

I downloaded this to attempt to quit vaping. I have been accessing the app by going on a web browser, so I figured I might as well download the app! The app doesn't work. It basically gives me an error, and that's as far as I get. I downloaded the android version.

A lot of technical issues. The program itself is pretty good, but the app has been awful at best. ☹️
