Better than a front desk person I'm a solo business owner and Quo handles all calls for me around the clock. Sona AI has been trained with my website, my Google Business Page and my online booking site and answers questions for callers better than most front desk people could. It's been really impressive to read the transcripts or listen to the calls that came in. it will text people back if they hang up and can answer questions if they initiate with a text. And I can text or call from Quo.

I am surprised by the high rating this service has gotten, maybe it's been a bad 4 months for the business, but it has been nothing but problem after problem with quo. Texting has gone down multiple times. Phone call quality has been spotty. Now for the last 2 weeks you receive and error message when trying to make calls. At this point quo has been a negative on my business. I will be looking for another service.

Quo may be fine for business use, but is utterly unsuited to personal use. I told them that we were a retired couple moving overseas and wanted to stay in touch via phone and text, and get 2FA codes, and they assured me Quo would work for us. But we can't have separate contact lists, can't send texts, and can't receive phone calls (we can make calls to the US, so there's that). And as non-business users, we're not entitled to live support.
