This is the worst platform I have ever seen their system doesn't even know what they are doing their support team takes hours to reply back I have been using a number since 3 years and today all of a sudden they restricted my account all day they kept asking for details, and I provided all and verified all information and now instead of helping they are saying you need to port your number we are loosing money and clients because of them

I am surprised by the high rating this service has gotten, maybe it's been a bad 4 months for the business, but it has been nothing but problem after problem with quo. Texting has gone down multiple times. Phone call quality has been spotty. Now for the last 2 weeks you receive and error message when trying to make calls. At this point quo has been a negative on my business. I will be looking for another service.
