Absolutely amazing tech. Amazing app on phone and desktop. It really did more than I could ever want at a good price. I was about to get 3 friends to sign up. Until your find out if you have an android phone that you can not use the call waiting feature. So if you are on the phone in quo or just your personal line then you will not know anyone else is calling till they leave a voicemail, or you hang up. Ridiculous...

This is the worst platform I have ever seen their system doesn't even know what they are doing their support team takes hours to reply back I have been using a number since 3 years and today all of a sudden they restricted my account all day they kept asking for details, and I provided all and verified all information and now instead of helping they are saying you need to port your number we are loosing money and clients because of them

I love the service when its fully operational, but it needs to be fixed. Not sure what happened, but when answering phone calls, there is suddenly a HUGE lag, and I've had to call people back because of it.
